Our unique discovery process allows us to find out your companies aims, culture alongside the skill set and professional you are looking to hire. We find out about experience of the current team and the person (s) you are looking to engage, character of your company, your client base, budget, location preferences if any, and whether you are looking to engage single members of staff to whole teams. Whether this is an ad-hoc project or a long term engagement our business experts are on-hand to make sure we completely understand your requirements and provide the best available person to meet your needs.

From our extensive industry specific search we will provide a shortlist of the most suitable candidates that match your requirements. We will have assessed the shortlisted candidates technical ability specifically to your needs utilising your industry tests alongside a written and verbal language assessment. We will then arrange for someone from your company to interview candidates directly to allow the most suitable candidate to be engaged.

Once you are happy with the choice of your new team member, we plan an on-boarding program with your company and work can commence at an agreed timeline. They are now a fully integrated member of your team and will work the same office hours as you do fully supported by the DEVpro customer care management team.

Your Ongoing Support

Your new team member will report to you on a daily basis from our office in Manila, and will be fully supported by on-site managers at DEVpro. We take care of performance reviews, appraisals, HR, admin task and employee well-being, so you can have peace of mind that everything and everyone is looked after. All of this information is available to you as the client.
